Quest list for Zerker Pure?

Hi guy's i'm making a zerker pure on RS07..

I've got 45 att 65 str 13 def - NOT QUESTED.

If i complete all the required quests (please state which ones i need)
Do i get 99 mage and range?
Can i still make it?

Could anyone tell me JUST THE MINIMAL quests for a zerk pure? to get the gloves, venge, prayers, ancients
and anything else important i've missed.

Best one out there imo. Just missing lunar diplomacy which isn't hard to add in

 

I'm unsure if with 2k def xp, it'll fail and i'm not willing to do all the quests to find out mate so please gtfo if your not going to post something usefull, THANKS
