    Explanation of the trade:
    Paid 80$ for an original bumper and then had to pay $35 for another bumper which would be "better" but is having just downtime issues and problems which Sypherz can't even solve because he is too busy.

    How they scammed: Giving no replies for days, telling me that he will work on a long term solution but just ignoring my messages. He doesn't have time to give support apparently which is fine, but then just refund me and be done with it. I don't know anything about VPS's so i cannot set it up myself.

    @Sypherz can you please explain your side of the story?

    From what I see Lucky Charm purchases a bumping tool. At some point it stopped working so he purchased a better version of the tool. This version has now stopped working as well and you seem to be unable to fix this issue at the moment.

    I’ll rewrite the bot as a desktop app or self-install with instructions and release it to everyone by oct 31. The everyone gets a server model I was using unfortunately came with much more baggage than I was anticipating and I got pretty underwater on my side projects when my irl commitments started growing. Apologies to those frustrated by communication

    update, developing a desktop app which will hopefully be a good starting point while I iron out any vps issue. will likely be out before the date I quoted but I have ~60 hours/week of commitments so it's hard to say exactly when

    I've discussed this with staff. @Sypherz I think the 31st of October is a reasonable time-frame. I understand it's frustrating for @Lucky Charm to have to wait until then, but sadly a time-frame for support was never discussed. The product you initially purchased seems to still function. The issue is however that you don't know how to host it on your VPS. Sypherz is not responsible for this and he does not have to offer support for free either.

    @Sypherz it does however appear that you charged $100 for the upgraded autobumper. You claimed that Lucky charm paid you $65 initially, so you wanted another $35 for the 'better' version. However, from the screenshots it looks like Lucky Charm paid $80 for the initial product. If this is incorrect, please let me know. But as it stands, you owe him $15. Please let me know once this has been repaid.

    Yes lucky was using the first version from around a year ago and I asked him to make up the difference between my current price so I could install the current one from scratch. It faced some issues so the part refund is agreeable to me. I could have sworn he only paid 65 but maybe I got him mixed up with someone
