I've made a report about , with clear proof he had my dox and was threatning to dox ( and he also contacted my family btw)

Why when i appealed 10x i didnt get unbanned, when i showed clear proof i didnt do nothing and i only said it once

And h gets unbanned when he said it 30x even after Champ said in spam forum to stop and had a step warning people wouldnt be appeal to appeal it he kept kept kept doing it saying he'll text my mom
ANd i know he said once after im perm banned
BUT HE SAID IT 30X without it, and when the report was made he start saying "After hes perm baned'

There's no reason to have himunbanned, he had some serious actions and i wanna know who unbanned him and why.
