iUNREALSKILL is scammer

July 20 this person bought from me a Steam account, no claims from the buyer was not.

July 29 - he wrote disput in Paypal, and 3 days later he was returned money.

I ask that this user be banned.

I think this evidence is enough.

 

Just by looking at the Paypal name + their skype name, its pretty clear this was a hacked Paypal. @iUNREALSKILL will still need to explain himself here.

 

Even if he sent money from a compromised Paypal account, it does not absolve him from responsibility for this.

He knew full well that as soon as the owner learns about the expenditure of funds, he will make a refund, which means that he is a fraud.

I suffered losses because of him.

 

That is by no means an excuse for him, he will need to pay you or he will be banned.

 

It has not been online for almost a week.

I think he will not refund anything, but thanks for the support.

 

@sharobot - He will have a chance to make this right, if not he will be banned within 24 hours.

 

No response, user has been banned for 3 months + will keep a permanent DNT.
