Original Ban Reason: QBDyce Tweeting

Explanation of how the ban is false: I tweeted a non-sythe user, who got banned for tweeting a list of accounts that happened to have some of mine in it. Was it wrong of me to tweet in retaliation instead of being the bigger man? Yes. Will I be using my twitter fingers ever again? Absolutely not.

However, as stated by Panda below, it is not against Sythe rules to tweet a non-sythe user.

So the Sythe rules in the post you link state that

The user you tweeted is currently temp banned, not permanently banned. As @Panda says here https://www.sythe.org/posts/29588657/, there is an ongoing discussion as to whether or not his current temporary ban will be changed into a permanent one.

I'll get further clarification on this, however, as it currently stands I believe it means that unfortunately your ban is warranted (at least for now). There may be a case to be made if the temp ban is changed in a perm, however that dispute will need to be made when and if that occurs.

 

There has been more evidence provided to the report which proves that included in the names you tweeted were another Sythe user who is not banned. You can contact me on Discord for this. Unfortunately it means that this dispute will have to be declined.
