His scamming videos are taken down along with the rest of his channel content, however we can confirm this is the same person via his liked videos where we see him liking videos from QbDyce:

Meaning he's either liking his RS channel's videos with his personal channel (wouldn't be the first person to do this) or Qbdyce is sharing his Sythe account with someone who literally has an admission of scamming in their channel description.

 

I've banned them.

For any future reports you make while serving time, stop being cute with the account names. If you keep doing it I have no problem with extending your ban length.
