Pwnted Scammed My Account

Pwnted scammed me; our agreement was that I get 10 dollars up front and then 10 dollars after the delivery of the account. I only received ten dollars.
After I sent the account info as per our agreement, he took all the cards and sent a message to me saying the account did not work but I checked and all the cards were
replaced with crappy cards. He was the only other person who got my account info.
