Scammers who refund...

Scammers who refund and get unbanned need to be given a TwC, even if they refunded. Just because they refunded a payment doesn't mean they're not going to scam something worth 3x - 10x bigger than what they scammed before.

Simple Summary: Scammers who refund get a TwC.

I agree. For all we know they could just be "testing the waters" to see if they can get away with it. If they fail the first time they refund and go again for a bigger scam.

 

Scammers aren't allowed back into the community. Only hacked users who refund all the victims may return.

 

It's just as easy to sign on to a proxie, scam someone, and if you get caught, refund the person.

 

We obviously aren't going to allow them to keep claiming that they were hacked. We may rule a permanent ban even if they claimed to have been hacked if we feel they were lying.

 

Horrible idea in my opinion. People can just try to get away with scamming until they get away with it? Nonononon... scammers should be perma banned.

 

Scammers will be always scammers. I read Kleenex's dispute and yes, he was hacked. He paid back what the hacker scammed and that's all. I suppose now your thread has no sense. <.<

 

If they got hacked once, they mostly will be hacked again, twc would help.

 

Well the scammers would just keep scamming. And every time they scam, if they're caught. They're just going to refund them to avoid being banned and just scam again...

 

Then what are they gaining from scamming if they are refunding?
