I had a question about scammers, so far on Sythe I have been scammed 3 times. I was wondering if it is possible to take someone to court for scamming? Of course if it is real money you can take them to court but what about virtual money(RSGP)? Can they get in trouble with the authorities?

If it's anything under $5000 then it just wouldn't be worth it taking someone to court lol...

I think the idea of taking someone to court for something as ridiculous as RSGP selling would be crazy.

Try explaining yourself in court: "Yeah this guy promised to give me 4b RSGP for my maxed EoC account, but he deleted me off skype and stole the account. You should give him jail time."

As stated above, if the money involved isn't a high sum then you shouldn't bother taking it to court.

The main difficulty is proving something was stolen. A criminal case is unlikely because cops probably won't take you seriously (especially if it's a small amount).

A civil case is more likely, but getting thorough proof would still be difficult, as would demonstrating the value of what was taken. Plus you'd have to find some way to get a hold of the scammer.
