PVP on XTC Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I went first bought a maul pure for $10USD.

How they scammed: He recovered the account, and provided false information.

The account i bought i gave to a RL friend. That night when i bought the account we decided to go PK. So i turned in my zeal to catch up to the level of the account. As you can see it proves that i had ownership of the account at one stage proving that i bought it.

So the account was taken back by him, after i ended up putting member ship on it.
After sending him two PM's through sythe he still doesnt respond. So i take action to get my money back.
As you can see, he posts here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1037780 about me reclaiming, in which i soon failed to get my money back aswell.

And notice, the account name change aswell.

PVP on 1 2 3 (RSN) - PVP on XTC (sythe name).. Clearly proving that he has taken ownership of the account back.

I'm not worried about the money, its only $10. But the fact that we have dishonest people in this community of traders doesnt make it a safe environment for others. I know i'm new, Even by being new and only having 2 vouches, those trades consisted of me goin first for BOTH times, even when buying 100M and this account, i put my trust into people in this community and for them to take advantage of it doesnt seem right.

Please remove PVP on XTC from this community, HE is untrust worthy!.
