stand in a hotzone with 76k for 2 hours. as ur potential for good drops go up every 30 mins ur in a dangerous zone. goes up quicker if ur risking more and ur in a hot zone.

And yes, if you do what Jagex said would get you better drops, then you will get better drops...

yes, if you fight longer you get to stay longer at a hot spot makeing your drops better
