Royal Crossbow ?

Okay, so I know before EOC, to repair the rcb you just had to rebrandish it at qbd.
Now, I know you CAN either buy one part, and use it on the cbow to get 25% charge back, or take it to thurgo with every part once its fully degraded.
But what I'm wondering, is can you still do the rebrandishing thing? this is from rune wiki-
"Prior to an update on 7 January 2014, the only option to recharge the crossbow was to brandish it again during another fight with the Queen Black Dragon (just as it was completed the first time). Since then, players are able use any royal crossbow piece on the completed crossbow, consuming the piece and recharging 25% of the crossbow's durability."
It states "the only option was to..."
I can't find it stated clearly anywhere weather or not I can still do it. Anybody know?

 

You still can they just added more ways.

 

So, I wait until it's fully degraded, and than re brandish it again, or is it something i can continually do, even if its only 10% degraded?

You can still go to QBD and fix it , Free fterall just have to go thru last phase

Turns out you cannot. They changed it so the parts would increase in value.

 

oooh, that makes sense actually, makes qbd worth it and isn't there a buff coming out?

 

Yeah I've heard there is going to be a buff, which I'm not looking forward to.

 

no, well I guess hopefully items will rise which makes qbd still worth it
