PvM/Staker Acccount in RSGP? - CHAOTICS

Hello,

Just curious to know how much an account with:
Items:
Veteran Cape
Chaotic Longsword
Chaotic Kiteshield

Stats:
80 Attack
85 Strength
83 Defence
Would be worth?
It also has mediocre skills as it used to be a main. (Most skills are 50+)

It used to stake on it and it tanked HARD with welfare gear (Torag), and the CLS hit mega-accurate on any of their tank gears.
With a few increases in stats such as ranged and prayer for Piety or Turmoil, it would also be an amazing PvM account, although it's already pretty decent
