Put up a list of banned forums please.

As I was reading through this site. I've noticed that the staff here hates people from forums such as HackForums, FJ, Powerbot(?) oops sorry... I didn't mean Powerbot because I know you self righteous staff uses their bot. But you see where I'm going with this.

I was reading SuF's post and it seems like the almighty staff here straights up bans people from these forums for no reason what so ever but being apart of these "blacklisted" communities.

So can you all do us a favor and put up a list of banned communities so members of these communities won't be banned and discriminated against without knowing why and being shitted on later?

This will save EVERYONE's time. Thank you.

P.S I'm from BHW, is that blacklisted here?

 

Its not about blacklisted communities, if you participate in hacking/scamming/phishing/keylogging then you'll get banned.

So you're saying because someone IS from these communities then they are partaking of the activities? Sounds reasonable.

Edit: People get banned from Sythe for being part of these communities because the staff automatically assumes they partake in activities.

Staff look at their posts and stuff to determine if they are participating in that stuff. Staff wont ban you if you don't participate in threads highlighting phishing/scamming/hacking.

We evaluate the user(s) posts at the sites. if they've partaken in said activities that are bannable, they'll be punished.

 

So let me get this straight... If I go to HackForums and ask how to set up a botnet... I'm going to get banned? What's wrong with knowing how to set one up? It's not like I'll become a threat or something by obtaining knowledge. Hell if everyone goes by that logic, everyone should be banned, not just for being apart of certain communities.

I know how to kill a person using a knife. But that doesnt mean I would kill. But I guess this is one of those questions that comes down to the Sythe community's private rules as I see no other way to get a single quick answer.

 

we dont ban you for being on the site, we ban you if are active/have been active in malicious activities. for example, asking someone to hack a MSN will be bannable.

 

Don't post your trash on my thread. I seen the posts were someone was banned just be cause of knowledge and being on above mentioned forums.

 

People are so mad about it, somebody here owns a forum and on there it has a hacking section, and he wanted to get him banned for it. When that's nothing to do with Sythe.

 

You're arguing a point you know nothing about or how the Staff make decisions, yet you deny the truth.

Its a case by case basis, we view each post of the users on the other forum and if they're any malicious posts (like if they've phished Runescape accounts, scammed, etc.) then they'll be banned here.

 

Why would you need to set up a botnet? Hell ya I will ban you, if you don't like it, then leave.

Knowledge is one thing. Membership is another. I have both a d0x account and a HF account. However I am not on there to set up botnets, or learn how to hack. I am there to keep the people who would want to bring that here off the site.

I have to admit I was quite surprised when I was perm banned for just asking about a crypter, I can understand it seemed like I would want it to infect people, but I was never even given a chance to explain, I just got instantly perm banned.

I have seen people get banned for asking how to scam/buy Sythe accounts on other forums, which is too right. I agree 100% with that. So it seems like there's a fine line between being paranoid, and a rightful ban. I do think people should be asked why first, rather than just jump to a ban.

Each case is different, therefore we take it case by case. No one just automatically says "They are from HF, oh we have to ban them".
