In pvp or low crater BH I would say a g mauler is very good and effective, especially if you have a decent range level as well.

DDS pures pwn. Just need the right stats. The specs just pwn especialy if you have 75+ strength on the pure. It will pwn the lower leveled users you can fight in PVP.
