Question regarding discord & osrs trading

Hi,
I'm new again to sythe. I used to be a member back in around 2010 maybe. I sold torsos.
Anyway, I'm back to offer my services and had a few questions.

1. For the discord template it says "part of the conversation" what does that mean exactly? If you could give an example that would be great!

2. As far as trading is concerned, is it safe to simply transfer gold from the buyer of a service to my main account? I log onto my account from mobile and my laptop for the buyer to complete the trade. Is it better if I use a secondary account and then trade the gp over to my main? I'm not too familiar with the trading system now days. I would like to provide safe transactions for myself and my clients.

So if I messaged him saying something like

"Hey thanks for stopping by!! *Barbarian* " he'd put Barbarian in the conversation?
It's or just part of the whole message in the convo? Or anything in between?

It's a bit confusing I think because it's so simple haha.
