Honestly, from 30-32-30 to 40-40-40 is almost nothing and not worth two accounts to be traded. If you let me, I will be willing to get you those stats legit via AFK training @ Flesh Crawlers. 30 Defence will easily let you stay there for a bit, and training will be fast.

ALSO, make sure you do your quests if you want to be a rune/zerker pure before you do the training, or do the quests to get the exp needed; unless of course this is going to be a "main" account.
