i need a good appeal

ok, what is bs is that i have an offence that wont expire. fuckin bs, right? so i need a good appeal for it. its for advertising a site that sells rs mills. this was at a time when i wanted to quit rs so i was walking around advertising RSGP selling sites to get banned. i didnt get banned untill the next year after that and when i did get banned this offence wasnt even there. now that the new offence system is up i guess they found this hidden somewhere.




if anyone can get me an appeal that will work on the "ban" offence i will give them a level 77 account that has 81 mining and 200k on it.
