Pure or messed up?

I got a account its name is Rubber suck....(I will sell if anyone really wants)
I got 20 att and 40 str.
1 range, 3 mage, and 30 hp and its CB is 26.
I'm not sure what I need to get to what and when. I will raise range after I get my other stats up..(hp) and then mage up if i can get some money. So please feel free to flame and what now, but also try and help me.

 

Well, I'm guessing it's still one defense.

I'd do this:
30att 50str.
40att 60str.
3/25/59 magic.
1/40/70 range.
(current level/stay here if you don't like the skill/go for this if you like it)

Seeing as its one defence, your attack is too high for your strength at the moment, so train your strength to at least level 60, then go for 40 attack, once you got 40 attack, leave it there if you are staying f2p.. then go for more strength, if you kept one prayer, you should have 40 attack 99 str 1 def X range 1 prayer X mage at level 71 -..

dont pk with it until its at the wanted statistics.. get strength and attack up however you like.. in whatever order.. i suggest:
40 attack
60+ strength
40 range for d'hide
and level magic up by using non-agressive attacks
BUT thats the simple pker.
i, personally, enjoy rangers with 80+ range, 60-70 strength (dont let this interfere with combat lvl), magic to whatever you like as long as it doesnt go over your range level.. in F2P.

40 att 70 str 1 def 70 range 31 pray for starters in f2p then get p2p thats what i think

 

If you ever try to sell this account people might say its messed up but otherwise get your strength to 50 then 30 atk then 60 str and 40 atk after this if in f2p just keep lvling the strength

 

As long as it's one defence, it's hardly messed up.
For F2P, you'll want to get the following statistics:

40/50 Attack
80+ Strength, 99 Idealy.
1 Defence
80+Range (Option to Range2H)
55+ Magic
34 Prayer

Stats depend on whether you want it to be a p2p or f2p pk'er. As well as other factors.

Best thing to do right now would be to keep defence and prayer at 1 until you decide for sure!
