Green Dragons PKing/Range & Mage Hybrids

What exactly is this? What would one do?

Yesterday I made a F2P pure. The first day I spent doing some F2P quests and training some skills. Today I grinded at my combat skills, and ended up with 49 range, 28 magic, and 38 constitution. Also, as I chatted with some friends in my CC one of them suggested to me that I should become a range/mage hybrid and becoming P2P with him... My goal orignally was to create a strictly F2P pure, so I declined at first. He stayed persistent, and I told him I would look into it. So after looking into it, I found some Range of Ish pking videos where he PK's at the Green Dragons for some reasonable loot.

80 Magic
60 Constitution

60 Fishing
60 Cooking
50 Firemaking
70 Woodcutting
50 Agility
40 Slayer
50 Herblore

43 Prayer

Would I be able to PK in P2P with 99 range, 85 magic, and 52 prayer, and MAYBE 20/25/45 defence? (I haven't decided if I'll stay 1 defense or not)

What are some methods I could use to PK with this?

What quests need to be complete in order to become a Range/Mage hybrid?

Would I be able to stake with this account to add to my starting cash?

Constructive cristism very much appreciated; any suggestions are also.​

The tactic I had in mind was to be at Green Dragons, to find a person that looked like they would yield a profitable drop. Then I would teleblock them, and attack with (msb/rcbow/karils crossbow) and use entangle to stop them from running. ​

Well I suck at P2P pking but when I did try it I was 70 Range and that was my only stat. You just mainly have to watch out for accounts that SW'd. I was like level 48 or something. A 50 attacked me but he had claws and really high strength. In members PKing, you got to be ready for anything.

Your stats do sound good though. I like the TB and entangle.
