Few Runescape Questions to ask

My Mining level is now 63, should I powermine to increase my level or my coal in the Mining guild and earn some money.
Should I start training my range or strength ? Which is stronger I wanna own in PK
My combat level is now 40 , i have 40atk , 40str, 20 def, 1 range (LOL)

why 20 def? do you want an initiate pure or a range tank? range tanks own.

and if ur stats are 20 def go do dragon slayer wear plate and be a rune pure =)) f2p ftw

Ok you should become like a D Scimmi Pure that wears Rune Armor Or maybe addy armor with (30 defence ) and get 60 atk and 70 str
