1. No we have no intention of unbanning perm banned accounts. This is because we are very clear about the game rules, and we only perm ban when serious rules have been broken - if we let those people back in-game then we would just be letting down the majority of people who play fairly and stick to the rules.

2. I'm not entirely sure when they will be recruiting for Player Support again, the best thing to do is just keep an eye on our corporate site.

3. That thread is one of the sources we use to find new Mods - the names are taken from the thread and put into our system for vetting - I'm not entirely sure where we are with the thread but I do know we have been recruiting a lot of Mods lately - and many of them will have come from that thread. In all honesty, it isn't the most efficient way of recruiting for us, but it's still handy to have a list of volunteer names to check out for the times when our regular sources dry up a bit!

4. That's really a question for the content team - sorry.

5. I'll leave a disposable razor on his desk and we will see what happens!
