    Purchased account recovered, help!
    So I recovered the account already once, today he recovered again. Jagex is saying that I need more information to prove I'm the account owner.

    I've given all the information, I just need his IP. Would I need a place close to Idaho (were his IP is from) or would even a few states away work?

    Just give the City / state / country he is in.
