thats dependent on the current level and end level you want i wont do 1-99 obviously

for example for johng1208 im doing 55-70 strength free

yes its botted and depending on defemnce lvl/what i train on i may need my bot to get food out. your welcome to move your stuff to altermative account if you have 1 defence.
