Dissmiss God scammed me out of 98M - v2

EDIT: As I stated in the previous thread, this happened about 3 months ago.

Briefly explain the trade: I was to sell him 98M for $100 Paypal
How they scammed: After I gave the money, they claimed to not be able to pay me and kept the Rsgp I gave them.

Trade screenshots: (I realize chatlogs are not considered proof, and although I neglected to take screenshots of the actual trade, in the conversation it's pretty obvious what was happening) Here is the proof I do have:

PM he sent me confirming that we are trading (this is mentioned in the MSN conversation and it is the link I provided in the template for proof that it was not an imposter):

I agreed to go first in the trade after viewing his vouches (He only had like 20 vouches, and being completely new to the RSGP selling business at the time, that seemed legitimate enough to me...)

Here is our conversation over MSN:


*The Red arrow points to the part where he says that he's PM'ing me to confirm that we're trading

*The Yellow arrow points to where he begins to tell me his story about how he got charged back $115 (although it is true) and won't be able to pay me. However, when I asked him to simply return my Rsgp, he claims to have "coincidentally" already sold it to someone else, 5 minutes after receiving it from me...(*That's the part with the green arrow)

* The Blue arrow points to where he claims that regardless of what has happened to him, he'll still pay me my $100 by "next friday". So next friday came and went, 3 months have passed and I've still not received the promised $100 (doubt I ever will)

** The rest of the conversation is just me raging at him for whatever reason I could think of, and me making threats of reporting him. The reason I did not report him immediately is because, for some reason I actually believed that he would get my money back. It was also the first time I had been put into that situation and I was unsure of what exactly I was supposed to do. Also, up until now I was under the impression that too much time had elapsed and that it was pointless to report him at this point. But after asking around the forum I was told that it's never too late to file a report (so long as I have evidence)

*The reason I blurred out the person's name is because they prefer that I not release their name for security reasons but, as I've stated in the screen-shot, I will provide proof that those $100 are from an entirely different transaction if I am required to do so.


Well, there it is. I know it's very lengthy but, once again Thank You for taking the time to consider the report. I am not sure what you mean by 'read the sticky', whether you were referring to the Template, the 'Chatlogs are not proof', or both but, that's all that I can provide, and as I've stated, if you could please just take a few minutes to read through the conversation, you'll see that it's obvious what he did. Thank you
