Punkerpunk123 scammer or twc

hi hes admitting it in a thread below me, we had a trade for a gamestop card/target card for 25$paypal

after i give him codes he tells me gamestop doesnt work but target one did, i got these from another user so i was tlaking with the user to see the problem and he couldnt figure it out.

after the fact that he recieved both codes tested etc, he says he doesnt want them anymore, so after he gets the pin the access codes and the card # he refuses to pay , how is that even possible to do?

he can recieve my goods the nsay "he doesnt want them" then has all my info and can use it at will?

i kno for a fact this at least warrants a twc.

 

You got them from another member you say? How do you know he is lying, what makes you think the person you got them from didnt use up the gamestop code already?

 

then the gamestop code is invalid, i told him i was trying to make them work, punker admitted the targetcode worked, he was purchasing both never said anything about a package deal, im only worried about getting payment for the target code because he verified it etc.

 

Fair enough. I think him paying you for the target code is fair then, half of what your original agreement was.
