Public school or private school? Which one do you go to?

I go to a private school.
Wesley college in Melbourne Australia.It is really good, they teach us in diffrent ways and they suppily us with tablet notbook compuuter(touch screen laptops which i am using atm.It is co-ed so there is girls wich is awesome...There sport is very good...and btw all the public schools in melbourne apart from some selective are all extremily crap..

I'm in college, it's a public one too, although you have to be accepted first which isn't very hard you just have to have money to pay for the classes.

 

Public,public here is better than private,oh and cheaper.

 

Private.... Me likes more than public... Not hard at all, and some teachers fail... :/

I go to public school. I never stay in a place long enough to go to a private school.

 

Why? There's hardly any difference aside from the fact you pay for it

 

Some people know where I live pretty well, but I am not going to say it to everyone...

Why do you move a lot?

 

I go to a Public HS in the Bronx called Lehman HS. It's a very bad school i don't recommend anyone going there, non of the teachers care about you, all they care about is their money. Half the deans in the school and security guards are gang related most of them affiliated with the Bloods. Racism in that school is a problem, fights between races happen a lot. And if you want to skip class and leave the building, it's as easy as breathing air.

I compare public school I would go to and my private school


At my school:

No standardized tests
Call teachers by first name
If you are advanced you can take harder classes(In my public school, you could have taken ap calc and you still would have to go to the highest math lvl for your grade... My school allows you to take higher math courses...)
Less HW... MUCH LESS
The way we are taught is much different than the public school
teachers offer help
students have a large amount of control about what happens
good lunch included...


Just a few things... I wish my school was bigger and offered more computer related classes though...
