Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Ty messaged me on discord stating that my thread would be locked as "multiple people tried to buy gold with no response"

I then proceeded to tell Ty that nobody "tried to purchase gold without a response on my website" as this is true. There was one visitor who came to my live chat on multiple devices under multiple visitor names within a short period of time while my agent was on break in what i see to be an attempt to report my thread and get it locked.

This is indeed the same customer and I can prove that to an admin if needed.

Nobody tried to purchase gold on my website at this time or within this time window.

My website operates 24/7 and we ensure instant responses on orders. When an order is placed on my website I receive a notification to my cell phone and I ensure that myself or my agent respond immediately to the customer. The argument that my Agent was on break therefore my business was not functioning is completely false as I have measures in place to ensure that ALL paying customers and individuals SELLING gp are spoken to promptly by my customer service individuals.

After I argued to Ty that his reasoning of locking my thread was invalid he proceeded to act completely nonprofessional and proceeded to tell me that my thread would remain locked. Why is my thread going to remain locked if I haven't violated any rules of the market?

To further I was not officially infracted via sythe.org or notified that this was happening

Also something that you can reference from that screenshot above is the time that my thread was bumped. It was not bumped as the visitor joined my chat as the time ( regardless of my sythe time and website time being different, you can see by the minute that they are far apart. )

Another additional piece of information is that I am on the "lite" plan with zopim therefore I can only carry out 1 concurrent chat at a time. Simply spamming my livechat to try to get my attention on 10 visitor accounts like some immature individuals do doesn't help in this scenario.

Visitor joined at "4:18" on sythe and my thread was bumped at "3:42".

To everyone and their cousin who gets upset about a mod action they don't like, this is not an "abuse of power". Sometimes mods make mistakes, the word for a mistake is "mistake". Not corruption, not abuse, mistake.

Regardless, this is not a mistake. Please make sure if you are using an autobumper that you are online in the forms of communication you advertise in your thread
