Briefly explain the trade: It was 1-40 Dungeoneering, for 10M, then he raised it to 20M, because of how fast I was doing it.
How they scammed:, once I reached him 33, he signed off skype, Said "Offline" so he didn't block me and it was 2:33 AM UK time, so I'm like fair enough, ill wait for him to get online, Asked for half the money now and half after, he agreed. Then once he woke up, his said ok ill pay you now, then blocked me.

33 Dung was obtained. Payment was supposed to be 20m for 1-40.
50% of the xp has been gained, therefore 10m RSGP is owed before an unban will be considered.
