The case of Lee Seung Seop is just a sad, sad reminder of why playing StarCraft for more than two days straight is a bad idea. The 28-year-old had apparently been recently fired from his job for, you guessed it, missing work because he was spending too much time playing computer games. He went to an internet café in August 3rd, 2005 and didn’t come out until two days later, after his heart quit from exhaustion and dehydration. Ironically, his collapse came just a few minutes after he had just told his friends he was going to go home and sleep after they tracked him down. At least in this case, he died doing what he loved most.

Didnt the cafe close and he had to go home? how 2 days straight unless i read it wrong.

It's probably an open 24/7 cafe.
