Trusted user in the US with PS4 and BO3

I live in Europe, but my PSN account is US. Last week I bought something in-game and it doesn't get loaded into my account, because the region of my account and the region of my disc don't match. I would like to see if a trusted user with a PS4 and Black Ops 3 would just log into my account and go into the in-game store to load in the bought product for free or for a small fee. Since the funds are on a US account and my games are European, a refund is really useless to me, that's why I wanted to see if someone was willing to help me out.
