Links stand out

Hello. I have been thinking, links on a thread are sometimes hard to spot. For example, one of the following is a link, the other is not:

1. Example 1
2. Example 2

They look quite similar I think.

 

This is something that could be changed in the following vB upgrades.

You can change the color by hyper linking the thread if you want. For example:

But that isn't actually changing the link color itself.


Anyways, I think that if the text on links was just darkened a little bit it would stand out from regular text. It is pretty easily noticed to the trained eye (i.e. people who have been here for a while), but I don't think there is a problem with just making it a wee bit darker for those who can't spot them as well.

 

I agree, unless you know what you are looking for or it looks like a webaddress then you will miss it. I support.

 

Seems simple enough to implement and I'm sure it will help a quite few users, support.

 

Just underscore it or use italic or something. This is no major issue.

I think this could be updated in vb4 but until then it isnt worth the trouble

 

Just bold or colour the text.
