Best Friend / Wanting more?

So, me and my best friend (she's a girl, i'm a guy) have had a complicated friendship. We've both had feelings for each other at some point, but we've never dated. We've hooked up a few times when were drunk, however we did a few months ago when we were sober.

After that night, I told her how I still had feelings for her and how it's been hard for me. A month or so after this, she started dating this guy who just got out of jail but apparently treats her like a princess. Whatever, I support her and have stayed her friend.

The past two weeks or so, we've been talking a lot more like sexually.. We'll have random talks about us thinking of each other when masturbating and we both went as far as to explain, play by play and very graphically what we think about when we think of each other.

I came home from break and have been with her a lot. The first night I was back we laid in her bed watching tv on netflix til 4:15 AM and she fell asleep laying on me. Whenever we're at her house or anything we always sit next to each other and she'll always put her legs over mine. Two nights ago me, her, and a few other people were hanging out at her house smoking hookah and for whatever reason we decided to watch porn. So, I just don't know what to do. Apparently she's in love with the guy she's with now, but he might be going back to jail in a few weeks if he can't find a place to register to live. It's been so hard to simply be her friend, but to be this like sexually open with her about things. I want to be with her, I love her so much but I don't know what else I can do..
