Proxy issues

Hello.

I've recently been trying to start a new botting account using a proxy to keep my home IP clean. I have tried two accounts using two different proxies from yourprivateproxy.com, one from proxy6.net, and one from virmach. These are the exact steps I took when attempting to create and play on a new account using a proxy.

1. Purchase proxy
2. Logged into proxy using Maxthon browser
   1. IP address was checked prior to proceeding
3. Created a legit gmail address for each account then registered an RS account using the proxy and new email
4. Set up Tribot using the proxy and verified it was connected to each proxy before ever logging into the account
5. Each account was NEVER botted on. I did tutorial island by hand on all accounts. I even created realistic names and took time to set up how the characters looked.

I spent $10 on two private residential proxies from yourprivateproxy.com. On one of these accounts I jumped into questing and about 15 minutes in I got the connection lost message and then the message stating that the account was locked for suspicious behavior. I recovered it immediately and then within 5 more minutes it was locked again. I repeated the same process and got locked a second time within another 5 minutes. On the second IP I had from this provider, I repeated the same steps but instead of questing I went to start mining. I got to about 3 mining then had the same issue listed above.

Another proxy provider I used was proxy6.net. I have seen this provider and mod-rs.net in a few videos and websites so I purchased a private proxy and an account from mod-rs. I tried mining on this account too and was locked around 3 mining with the same results said above.

The account I made with Virmach proxy followed the same path as all the others mentioned above.

I understand the accounts are not being banned, just locked, but if they keep getting locked all the time, its pointless. I purchased 5 proxies from Blazingproxies last weekend and have been a bit burnt out so I haven't tried them yet. I would understand this more if I didn't make and play the account on the same IP or if I did bot on the account right out of tutorial island, but that's not the case. I admit I have read a few things after this happened such as "you shouldn't use proxies that a lot of RS players use" and that you shouldn't use a proxy when doing tutorial island, but I don't fully understand that because I don't want to use my home IP to do that either.

I figured I would ask for advice before proceeding with the 5 IPs I have from Blazingproxies. Thank you in advance.

 

Getting locked once per account when using a proxy (even with legit play) is pretty normal. Most people just unlock and keep botting.

However, getting locked multiple times on the same account on the same IP is odd. I've only heard of a handful of people experience this. Might be a new tactic to circumvent botting by Jagex? But so far it doesn't seem to be happening to many people.
