    Protecting a business idea

I have a brilliant business idea. It exploits a niche in a rapidly growing market. There is no equivalent service to what I have in mind available and I'm confident there is a lot money to be made in this sector. But I don't have the funds myself to kickstart it.

My question is - how do I attract an investor without getting my idea stolen or compromised? How much is an idea worth really? I'm new to this.

Usually the best way is to PM Pockets.

How much of investment are you looking for?

As it is a service there is no way that you can really protect it. Best way to attract and investor is to create a business plan. If you want a bank to invest or even a venture capitalist. If you don't need too much money then maybe a family member could help.

If not could I suggest a loan shark?

Just find a person who seems trusted and legit and go to them with your plan, and if they like it they will no invest.

You could contact an IP lawyer and see what they advise.
