OMM Pen's MSN been hacked? Scammed by Pen or hacker.

Hi, I am new to trading on Sythe, and made my first selling thread yesterday looking for $50 for 2 fury kits.

I found a buyer, and we agreed to use an OMM. I began adding the OMM's msn addresses of the thread, when "Pen" added me and began chatting. At first I thought it was a scammer posing as an Admin, but I checked the email address and sure enough it was on the OMM thread list. For me, this was enough to confirm he was an OMM, and we began the trade - I now know I should always ask for a Sythe PM, whoever it is. The MSN pics do however clearly show the email address as Pen's, so I believe this was a hacker or Pen has in fact scammed me and the buyer of our 2 Kits & $55.

Hopefully this gives enough proof that Pen's email has been hacked, or that Pen has scammed my trade (seems highly unlikely over a $55 trade). Can anything be done to return my items, since it's not my fault if Pen got MSN hacked...?
