Ban reason - user had outstanding debts due to compromised PB profile and ban evaded as Jedi606 which he didn't mention to their staff when trying to appeal his original ban apparently.

Since he was apparently hacked on PB i'm not sure if he'd still receive the ban or not, however it's owed money regardless so i'm guessing he will.

 

I've gone ahead and banned him till he sorts out his debts. Thanks
