Heyy, Basicly im looking for a small graphics team consisting of aprox (1-3) members. Each will get paid for the assignment completed.

For example, I need a banner I send you details/brainstorm of design ect ect
Then i pay for your work simple.

I will be needing the graphics for my new site, Not a noob/wannabe site, This will atuly prevale, *Nothing to do with runescape*, If you would like to be in the team, You would be ranked on the fourms as the fourm graphics team or something (havent fort of name yet), You will get paid for your work, + you will recive special previllages in the fourms, Like i said above fancy graphics team rank ect ect.

Thanks for both of your replys, Im not sure if you understand what i mean, It would require you to be registerd onto my website/fourm, and you would have the graphics team rank, This would benifit us both, for you showing of your work/selling your work/and advertiseing your GFX website, and it would benfit me by haveing some cool gfx on my website..... On the fourms you would be recionized with the rank of Official Graphics Team, And the prices for graphics are allways negoitable, Ill be sure to add you both on msn, so we can discuss, *(the fourm/website shall not be ready for a good 2weeks, as im collecting all needed mods + content, so when we open, we will open strong)*..
