Project Genesis: A Glimpse Into the Future of Botting

Are you able to guarantee less bans with this bot? From what I've noticed, all bots will eventually lead to you getting banned.

Gone are the days of relatively safe botting.

 

I have absolutely no interest in the project, but I'd like to chime in with my two cents saying that that it's sad to see how long it's taking. I remember reading about this many months ago. Is there any evidence at all of a working client? Evidence as in not screenshots.

 

The previous bots offered by RiD had 0 bans from Guideline followers over 5 years. Most people don't follow Guidelines, and even then, less than 45 bans over the same time period from those excessively breaking Guidelines. Most of those bans were from a public, open beta, which is never to happen again for that reason. Some of his previous bots have no bans whatsoever, regardless of if users follow Guidelines or not.

Genesis will be safer than what existed in the past. So yes, bans are not of concern.

VIP members have access to Alpha and will have access to beta later this month.

 

Wow, this is finally starting to shape up to something awesome! I've followed the main thread on RiD for awhile now, and it definitely will be something awesome once released.

Don't bother with it, postponed yet again to the 25th and probably won't be out this year.

 

It's ridiculous it's being postponed every time it meets the ETA. How long has this been in developed for? 2 years right? It's so aggravating to look forward for on the ETA and then being postponed all the time to a later date when the day has come. I honestly wish I could get my money back, all this waiting is just annoying.

Multiple times isn't even the right word anymore. It's been delayed or postponed a shit ton of times now.

Also, with this thread having been up since 10/23/13 and it's apparently a "limited time" offer it's starting to lean much more towards a scam or extreme over-sell than anything else.

This unlimited offer has been out for 2 years now. I was a supporter of RiD at first, 2 years later and literally NOTHING to show for it i dont understand how anyone can take this seriously anymore.

I agree! So much hype for a product that will probably be shit.
You never know what kind of problems will arise come the release.

 

It's hasn't been an ETA of release, it's been ETAs of progress updates.

If you purchased VIP you could try opening a ticket and requesting a refund. It might take a little bit for a response, as there's only one person who can process refunds, but still worth submitting a ticket if you're feeling this way.

Keep in mind that this project is similar to that of a Kickstarter. In a Kickstarter, you throw down money to invest in the project. Even after the project reaches the funding goal, investors still have to wait for the product to be released.

I can't estimate any specific dates. But what I can tell you is that RiD is currently doing tests for bot generation and bot runtime. This essentially means that Genesis is done, minus any final tweaks he needs to do for bot creation or bot runtime. Once he's satisfied with that stage, there shouldn't be anything left to test on his end, and he will start Beta testing.

It's important to remember that the VIP offer has always been stated as being for sale during development, and would be discontinued once beta testing starts. Keep in mind that VIPs receive information and testing opportunities that the general public don't have or see. If you're not interested in paying for VIP, then don't, simple as that. Anyone who is willing to purchase it can clearly see other's skepticism, and are making their choice regardless.
