Donation UT Manager

The maximum number of characters in the User Title is currently 50.
What'd I'd suggest, is either lift it, because donators won't go out and make some 200 characters UT, only thing they want is a quote or something catchy.

If it wouldn't be lift, just put it higher to 75~100 because whenever you want to put a quote or simply a sentence, most of the time, we won't be able because of the limit.

I agree, but at the same time I'm pretty sure if you politely PM'ed an Admin to implement a UT that isn't outrageously long, they'll accommodate.

 

Didn't think about it but thinks for the advice.
If all the users start PMing the Admin about it though, it makes them waste precious time.

 

Lifting it would cause problem... there will always be someone that will do the unexpected and will actually make a 200 word UT. I like the 75-100 word limit though. I can see where you're coming from even though I'm not a donator.

Even though I don't have a UT, I agree. You donate 50+ to have that, so making it a little longer shouldn't be a problem.

 

There would be consequences, such as an infranction or temp ban. $50+ donors wouldn't risk it.

 

vB has a limit of 230 for characters, including html.

Anyways, why do you want a large UT? Keep it simple.
