Programming forums?

[Cloak]

Hey guys.
I am looking for quite a lot of info about programming, and since the programming forum here on sythe isn't excactly.. Active.. Well, let us just say that i need a big, active forum about programming, with tutorials and help to get for a total noob at it.

Does anyone know of such a website? Would be awesome.

If you think it's going to be easy its not.

There is alot more, this is just to start you off.

This topic would have been more appropriate in the Help and Requests forum rather than the Programming Guides section, seeing as this isn't a guide.
