BAck from a long break

Hey as title said, i took a break for 2 years +.

Im looking to go back in osrs and make a pure and was looking for a guide to properly start everything. I know waterfall quest is a good start for pures but what else? Did anything change from the 07 scape we had before?

 

The process of creating a pure is still similar, not much has changed about that. Simply google the type of build you want to make and any guide should do.

There are many updates that has changed oldschool, from little to big. Reading the news articles on the site from the beginning should guide you back on track.

 

Lost lay same but wepons like trident staff is like poly etc, different wepons but same stats, and teleportation got way easier, you can tell anywhere like tzhaar city. But still worth it if you like old system

 

Just get zammy book, climbing boots, monkey madness, lost city, mith gloves, fremmy trails, i dunno, the old fashioned pure 1 defense though

I found this guy very helpful, it shows all the quest xp rewards and the needed quests to make an awesome pure. The trick is pretty much to quest your stats the max you can and only then finnish them o perfection. Good luck!

if u do ull have to chin in nmz, which some people prefer anyway.

Btw, nightmare zone is the 07 version of that quest thing in pre-eoc but its developed into a great way to afk train. It's replaced bandits largely since you get rewards for it aswell as it being safe.

Also, GWD was put into 07 and there's 2 versions of it (normal and wilderness), in the wilderness the aviansies drop noted addy bars and in the normal they dont. Not sure of any other significant differences I recently too came back from a break.
