    Another guide for pullups please

    A guide on how to do pull ups? Is this not a gaming forum and not a bodybuilder forum? I think you have the wrong forum to ask this question mate.

    Obviously you don't understand the intent of this forum. It does not revolve around games only. Help and Requests and the User Education forum was made for requests such as these. Don't go around spamming if you don't know what you're talking about.

    Another guide for pullups please

    I'm sure you can look around youtube and such to find some techniques on how to do a proper pull up. I'm not expert on doing pull ups myself, I actually quite fail at doing pull ups but I do know that breathing techniques are key to success just like every other exercising routine.

    I'd say not to focus on your weight but the bar itself getting up it and down after that you'll do fine and try to do 50 push-ups without hard breathing or struggling it'll help aswell.

    I do reccomend youtubing or googling this answer. Probably get a better response (no offence guys/girls)

    You probably wont be able to even do one because;

    1. Your age, you most likely haven't fully developed yet
    2. Pull Ups require more strength from the deltoids and biceps whilst you've only been working on push ups (triceps, chest) So my advice would be to do some shoulder press and bicep curls before you even start to attempt to do any pull-ups
