Looking for a new private server

I'm looking for one which is:

  not overpowered items [anything which hits 60+] eg d claws that hit 4 30s
  
  not a server where the owner is more interested in runescape [eg selling admins spots]
  
  has its own independant client
  
  on most of the day
  
  good pvp
  
  fun
