Buying Gold From ArcusGold and finding Their Live Chat broken

around Friday the 17th i bought 100m osrs gp from Arcus Lili and was told to come back the next day due to pay pal holding funds for a day during this Covid 19 crisis day goes by and i start trying to get in contact on arcusgold and seeing them offline the whole day trying to get in contact with someone at a few times i got put into queues so i thought there was a staff on duty until the chat stopped working and it just vanished on me then when i refreshed it would be back then i went to sleep that night the next day over i go to the site and find the live chat feature isn't even showing up finding only able to get into live chat box when i load the page and scroll a bit ?help pops up i click the chatbox opens a second of 2 of loading then it disappears its now one more day later and i still cant open the chat box i thought it could be that they are not in business over the weekend but its Monday now and their site talks about 10 minute delivery and how reliable they are but i still haven't been payed i have all the information arcus will need to know i payed and my payment went through but i can not contact them with the chat offline, or broken. the last thing is on the bottom of the page there is a link for "live chat" if i click it nothing happens when i right click open in new tab the tab link is odd it is "about:blank#blocked" please help me receive my 07 gp i lost a lot and that's why i'm buying some i really want it. thanks in advance
