Problems with PlayerAuctions support

Hello everyone, this is a bit nostalgic, I used Sythe actively a good 10 years ago, and here i am again.

Unfortunately, I'm here this time to request support/advice rather than make a purchase.

Long story short, I recently got back into RS, playing OSRS, I looked to PlayerAuctions to purchase an account to skip the grind. So, I added funds to my Coinbase account, purchased some USDC, found a trusted seller, and proceeded with my purchase. After the purchase was successful, according to the etherscan, i waited approx an hour and checked on the status of my order on PA. It seemed to be stuck at the verification step, so i submitted a support ticket. Initially they re-routed me to the verification team to verify my identity, but contradicted themselves when they said USDC didn't need identity verification. So they suggested I cancel my order and try again using the same payment method. I did, and the same issue occurred. After arguing with there extremely slow to reply support employ, we settled on them issuing me a coupon for the total of the 2 purchases rather than waiting for a refund, this was great as im stuck at home and OSRS would be some fun. They issued me the coupon($345), and I purchased an account for $149. It was delivered by a trusted seller and all was great. I tried the coupon again to use the remaining $196 to purchase GP, it wouldn't work. I messaged the support team again and they said if i didn't use the entire amount in 1 purchase, it wouldn't be refundable. Since then I've messaged them 3 times, there was no way for me to know there system was poorly designed and this would happen. I was not informed of this when they issued the coupon, and now I haven't had a response in 3.5 days. What do you guys recommend I do? This ought to be illegal, right?

I mean, it's like using a coupon at the grocery store. If the coupon says buy one egg get two free, and you just get the one and one free egg. I don't think you can go back to the store later and get that 2nd free egg all because you didn't realize. I could be wrong, but I feel PA is just stupid in general too. So idk.
