Problem with my rig

Hello I have a little problem here I guess. When I run 6 tabs on Tribot with these specs



My Java just starts lagging like crazy processor goes to 40%, there is no way it should be that high with these specs.

I run a 32 bit java on 64 bit computer I don't know if that is the problem.. How would I be able to fix this and what would the fix be. Should I scan my computer on virusses or are there anythings to troubleshoot or solve the problem ?

Try dedicating more ram to java, google on how to do this

 

How much RAM could I dedicate If I have 16 gb ram, what would be safe.. Although it seem more like my processor has a hard time with it
