Problem with Jethr0x's Vialer

this comes up when i log in, it sits in the bank and this comes up for some reason, cant figure out why =(. As you could have guessed I am new to the scar thing, but the sooner i learn how these scripts work, then the sooner i can start making them. =)

EDIT:: Okay so I tried what jethr0x told me to do, which was replace the Embedded_SMART.dll into the plugins folder, turns out I already have it. How do I upgrade my Reflections? because thats the only thing that I can think of right now that would matter at all.
