He sells duped gold, meaning it's fake and WILL get taken away everytime. I have spoke with him on skype and he claims he isn't responsible if he sells fake gold and won't refund for selling me a fake product I couldn't use and essentially scamming me.

Unless probemas was knowingly buying duped gold, I won't be able to ban him. It's unfortunate this happened but it's likely probemas has no idea if gold he is buying or selling is duped. It puts him at risk to knowingly buy duped gold as well so I would think he isn't doing this but if you have proof that he is I can ban him
