Probelms with paypal.

I don't know if it's right section to write this thread, but i want for people to see it and they might help me.I have paypal account with 100$ in it and i can't send money to anyone, since my sending limit is only 1$.I can send 1$, but then ill get stuck on 0$.So, is there any way to get it verified with gift cards or something and raise sending limit, since i don't have credit card.Post you'r advices here please.If you will be able to get my money out of that paypal, i will pay you.

To increase your spending limit, I have a few of suggestions.

1. Use either a Credit card or Bank account to verify it.
2. Follow ChrisColpitts guide on raising your PayPal limit with a Visa Pre-Paid Card
3. Or create a new PayPal with the nationality being either Australia or Canada. Paypals created under either of these two nations have increased spending limits.

If i use method 2.I will buy prepaid card here,i will add it to my paypal and i will get those 25$ on card to my paypal right?And my limits will become high right?

 

According to Chris' guide, correct. I'm not an expert on the matter so if you are having difficulties with the matter you may be better off messaging him. I'm sure he'll be happy to help.

 

I am very experienced with this, this is paypals 'Method' for you to get verified so they get their fees. A pre-paid does work it gets your account unlimited (not unlimited sending but if your account was limited it makes it go away) and it adds money to your paypal.
